The frame is 24” x 18” and is wooden with some wear and tear due, but in overall good condition considering its age. TLC is highly recommended and reinforcement is recommended if this is to be hung up.
There is writing on the back that I believe says, “Minnie McKebben. Clara Miller’s Mother”
